Mellette PC – Business as usual during local, state, and national emergencies

March 13, 2020 Client Advisory:

Mellette PC – Business as usual during local, state, and national emergencies

Our in-box continues to receive notices of COVID-19 related cancellation of events and closures of businesses, courts and offices. At this point, we plan to be open for your legal needs as usual. In the event that Mellette PC offices close for some reason, we have an emergency plan in place for rerouting of phone calls to our cell phones. We also have set up HIPAA compliant off-site access of the office server and other research tools from attorney workstations at home and will be monitoring all messages while out of the office, as we do normally. Videoconferencing and other communication tools are also available.

COVID-19 continues to stir up fear as the number of confirmed cases mount and the related closures occur. You should not fear that you will lose access to competent, needed counsel during the ensuing days and weeks. Please continue to let us know how we can assist you with your legal needs.
